The veterans in this group have had their VA disability compensation, and/or their Social Security Disability used as a divisible asset in state divorce court. The AREA 5301 is comprised of disabled veterans (men & women)from across the US that have been forced by state judges to use their VA disability compensation to pay alimony or spousal support to an ex-spouse. This is a blatant violation of USC, Title 38, ยง5301(a). The AREA 5301 is an exclusive club of disabled veterans that have pledged to go public with their stories in a effort to protect their earned veteran's disability compensation. Hello Jere,
This I can help with. My problem right now is that since my site is also FreeForums, that when I go to Register, it thinks its a forgery. I will need to use my other email, but need to remember the password to it. It will be Veterans Activist.
Having been thru a divore where my VA Pension was sucked out each month for child support, I can understand the issue at hand. We should have our own money to work with if only to get to work in the first place to pay the child support.
Once I am registered, just make me a moderator and give me a laundrey list of sections you want opened up. There is a redundancy when creating a new topic that took a while for me to figure out.
Once you create a new section, you have to pan to the right to the little symbols and click NEW. Then type in the exact duplicate of what you filled in ( top and bottom )
If you write anything different than the topic in the discription THE FIRT TIME AROUND, it will showcase itself up in the colored band above it. If you prefer not to do that, just write the exact topic word for word in the description.
On your second time around after you click the NEW symbol, put the original topic in AGAIN. Then if you want to write in anything like on my site, just go line by line like a text document. You can fit in a pretty good amount of characters per line, hit return, then write out another part of your description.
I work very well with Gene Simes and Jannele Wolves, and I am curious if you know of John Molloy who I work with over at The National Vietnam and Gulf War Veterans Coalition which hosted one of the three VETERANS FOR TRUMP Sites during the election. I am the Gulf War Veterans component of the site.
Call or Email me if you have any questions. Phone - (330) 881-7580 Email - ttrefts@gmail.com
